IMEX Flexitank is embedded with efficiency and additional benefits, snugly fitting into standard 20-foot ISO dry freight containers. Our rigorous quality control ensures their reliability, with each flexitank undergoing break resistance testing and bearing a unique identification number for manufacturer accountability. Crafted using polyethylene, polyethylene blends, polyvinyl chloride, and more materials, these versatile containers can carry between 10,000 and 24,000 litres of liquid cargo.
IMEX Flexitank Design: Securing Liquid Cargo Shipping
IMEX Flexitanks engineered from pharmaceutical and food-grade materials adhere to stringent quality standards, which reduce the risk of product contamination. Their design guarantees an airtight seal, providing an additional protective layer against external contaminants. Liquids that get thick during storage at low temperatures are secured using a heating pad, which is installed together with our Flexitank. It is used before the start of unloading by using steam or hot water inside to increase the temperature of the cargo. For IMEX, product development originates from our customers’ needs and suggestions, who we believe are actively involved in the development process. Quality
The design features and suitability for transportation are deeply checked with strong multistep quality control during the manufacturing process. Each flexitank is tested for breakage with eight multiple overloads and has its own unique identification number, ensuring the responsibility of the manufacturer.
